Steadhand Advisory is a Glasgow-based programme leadership and assurance firm working with public bodies and private-sector organisations across Scotland and the UK. We bring senior, hands-on experience to the moments when major change is most at risk: business cases, supplier selection, mobilisation, recovery and go-live.
We work as a core leadership team supported by a bench of highly qualified associates, so every client gets the right specialist for the stage they are at, from ERP design authority and data migration to commercial, PMO and benefits expertise.

Our founder has spent more than 25 years leading programme and transformation work across government, financial services, telecoms and retail, in the UK, the Caribbean and the United States.
Most recently, our founder was Programme Director at the Scottish Government, leading a £59m Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM programme from supplier selection through to a new Shared Services Centre, alongside a digital fiscal-transparency service taken through discovery, alpha and private beta.
Earlier he was a Director of Consulting at Deloitte, a CTO in the United States, and the person brought in more than once to turn round a programme that had lost its way. He founded Steadhand Advisory to bring that experience to public bodies and private-sector organisations through a senior, assurance-minded team.
